Interim Plan

Over the past few months, Adam, Shawn, and the Elder Board have prayerfully developed a thoughtful transition plan. For up to a year, Adam and Shawn will divide Craig’s responsibilities, partnering with our staff to ensure continued leadership and support across all ministries.

• Adam and Shawn will support Campus Pastors and overall ministry health.

• Shawn will serve as Lead Pastor supporting our Church in Action and Leadership Development ministries.

• Staff and lay leaders will step into additional pastoral care roles.

During the next nine months, the Elders and Lead Pastors will discern the future leadership needs of the church and determine whether to hire a third Lead Pastor or pursue a different approach. If you have any questions during this season, you can reach out to leadership@walnuthillcc.org.

How You Can Help

• Pray for Craig, Amy, and their family as they discern their next chapter and faithfully follow Jesus.

• Celebrate their ministry by attending a service and writing a card of encouragement.

• Support Adam, Shawn, our Elders, and staff as they guide and support the ministry of the church.

• Serve the church as we grow. Following Craig and Amy’s sacrificial example, consider volunteering in a greater capacity to help support the Lord’s work. Your gifts are needed! You can check out different areas to serve on our website here.
